The Sugar Spell: How to Make Them Crave You Like Candy

By Lucille Alabaster

There’s a spell buried in every sweet thing.

It’s in the taste, the texture, the afterglow.

Sugar doesn’t just rot teeth—it rewires minds. And if you know how to enchant it, it can do far more than flavor—it can bind, tempt, and obsess.

This is the Sugar Spell.

A ritual not of love or lust, but of longing.

It’s how you make someone think of you… again and again.

Sweet, sticky, unforgettable.

What You’ll Need:

  • A small bowl of sugar (brown for attraction, white for purity, raw for primal)
  • Your intention written clearly
  • A pink candle
  • A pinch of cinnamon (for heat) and clove (for obsession)
  • Optional: a photo, lipstick mark, or personal item

The Spell:

  1. Dress the candle with cinnamon and clove.
  2. Place the sugar in a circle around the candle.
  3. Speak your intention aloud as you light the wick:
“Let your thoughts taste sweet with me.
Let your craving never be free.”
  4. Drop the written desire into the sugar.
  5. Let the candle burn down completely.

Afterward, you may:

  • Blow the sugar into the wind
  • Add it to something they’ll touch or eat (ethically and consensually)
  • Bury it near your door to draw them in

The Psychology of Sugar

Why does this work?

Because sweetness lingers.

Because it creates a memory of comfort.

Because our brains are wired to seek it again and again.

And when associated with you—your voice, your body, your scent—you become the craving.

Important: Do Not Overuse This Spell

Desire can curdle into dependence.

Use it when you want to be seen, remembered, wanted.

But know: you are the spell, not the sugar.

“I don’t chase. I taste. And they always come back for more.”
