How to Hex a Narcissist Without Getting Cursed

By Lucille Alabaster

Let’s get one thing clear: a hex is not always a curse.

It’s a line in the sand.

It’s protection with teeth.

And when it comes to narcissists—the emotional vampires who gaslight, mirror, lovebomb, and discard—you’re not being “petty” for wanting justice. You’re being powerful for ending the cycle.

But hexing isn’t about revenge. It’s about energetic removal. It’s about cutting the cord, reclaiming your essence, and sealing your spirit tight.

Here’s how to hex a narcissist—without poisoning yourself in the process.

Step 1: Don’t Curse in Anger. Curse in Clarity.

Never hex while emotionally raw. Your energy will be unstable, and the spell might ricochet. Take a day or two. Ground. Breathe. Return to center.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I want revenge or release?
  • Do I want to punish—or be free?

If freedom is your answer, read on.

Step 2: Gather Your Tools

You’ll need:

  • A black candle (for binding and banishment)
  • A mirror (for reflective justice)
  • A photo or name written on paper
  • Black string or thread
  • Cayenne, salt, and graveyard dirt (optional, but strong)
  • A jar with a lid

Step 3: The Spell

  1. Light the black candle.
  2. Wrap the photo or name in the black thread as you say:
“I bind your harm, I break your hold.
You’ll drain no more, my light is gold.”
  3. Sprinkle the wrapped paper with salt and cayenne—fiery justice and protective warding.
  4. Place it in the jar. Add graveyard dirt if you’re ready to fully bury their influence.
  5. Seal the jar and say:
“Return to sender what you gave.
I walk away, no soul to save.”
  6. Store the jar in a dark place—or bury it if you never want them to return.

Step 4: Cleanse & Seal

After any baneful work, purify yourself.

  • Take a bath with rosemary, hyssop, and sea salt
  • Burn frankincense or copal
  • Drink mugwort or peppermint tea
  • Say aloud:
“I call my power back to me.
I am sealed. I am free.”

And Most Importantly… Don’t Look Back.

A narcissist’s greatest fear is being ignored.

They thrive on reaction, chaos, confusion.

Your silence is the true banishment.

Your spell doesn’t need to destroy them.

It needs to destroy their access to you.

“I hex not to harm, but to end the harm. And in that, I am holy.”
